Goddamned buggy idioticisms!

It might get a bit expensive.
So I looked at ICQPhone. Concluded that it's actually not VERY expensive to use - and that I might even want to. So I sign up. At the end of the signup procedure - when I tell them "Sure, take $25 and let me dial for it" and they're supposed to tell me "Fine. Welcome. You've gotten $3 to start with, and we'll be checking your card# and blablabla" I was unable to read the part in the blablabla because the page immediately redirected to a "Page not found" page before I could read it.
And now, I hesitate to reregister since $25 is quite a bit to just lose like that; and I am unable to do anything more about it (I already mailed them. I got a bounce with "RCPT TO forbidden". Say what?) and it's nicely building up my already latent anxiety/panic/depressions that come in waves already.
