Well.... Aka big update. Maybe.

I'm back again now.
And I treat myself as bad as ever. It's 22.30-ish and I still haven't gotten myself any dinner. It's past the time where I could possibly construct a dinner out of the things in front of me. Which is bad.
I spent the last few days with my extended family. My uncle's wife died in pneumonia on christmas day - and the funeral was held yesterday. It's absolutely fascinating how detached I get from the mere fact that the funeral is christian through and through. It's basically sitting there, listening to the priest talking about the deceased, and nodding along, agreeing to the sentiments and feeling a bit of sorrow coming along. And then he blurts out something along the lines of "But we all will meet her again. Once everyone is resurrected." --- and the magic is COMPLETELY gone. Nothing left whatsoever. Nada.
It's amazing what an emotional moodkiller religious ceremonies can be.
Instead, I spent a lot of the funeral looking at the symbolism in the church, designing the Pallas Athena altar I'm thinking about building just for the hell of it, and worrying about whether my mother'd chew me out for not singing along with the psalms. Turned out she was just anxious to tune into my choir-singing uncle's singing :)
Meeting the family was great. I do that way too seldom. Meeting my grandparents was great. I got family anecdotes out of it as well.
And now I'm back home. Downish. Hungry and motivationless. Can't get myself off my ass to do anything proper whatsoever. I had a lot of things I wanted to write here - but I can't even remember them right now. :/
